After reviewing your history and discussing your specific problem, a thorough orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic examination is performed. Once the examination is complete, Your provider at Hudson Chiropractic will explain the findings, and X-rays, MRI, and other diagnostic imaging is only performed when necessary on a case by case basis.
Hudson Chiropractic has built an extensive network of Orthopedists, Neurologists, Pain Management Physicians, Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Registered Dietitians to refer to if it is deemed necessary during the course of your case.

Medicare new patients PLEASE be sure to fill out the ABN Form at the end of the new patient paperwork. It is required by law to select an option and to have the form from the patient if they want to be treated using Medicare.
